Q. & A. with Crystal
Why did you start breeding?
I am part of a long line of generational dog breeders. My great grandmother, grandmother, and mother all had small breeding programs. I decided on Bernedoodles after one of my children tested positive for dog allergies. I have enjoyed learning about traits and genetics in our program as well as implementing an advanced puppy curriculum to help empower our puppies to be versatile and adaptable!
What makes your program special?
Our breeding program is special because it is small! We devote our time energy and efforts to each litter making sure our puppies are properly socialized from the moment they are born. Our dogs are happy and healthy, enjoying outside adventures as well as being inside our home. We look forward to matching families with a wonderful pet. Those connections are truly rewarding.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include sable, tri-color, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
