Meet the breeder

I'm Rachel W., the breeder behind Cuddles and Curls - NC Doodles located in Hendersonville, NC. We offer top quality, loving family pets. With a focus on health and temperament. Our dogs are bred for health and temperament with focus on athleticism, proper development, and socialization. We are dedicated to providing our families with wonderful, healthy family pets.

Q. & A. with Rachel

  • Why did you start breeding?

I got into breeding after having/watching my mentor. I then got a goldendoodle and labradoodle of my own. I watched both my girls Milah and River grow. They are so loving, caring, and calm. The listen and pay attention very well. I really just want everyone to get to experience having a Doodle with a great temperament. To be able to have a breeder thats doing the work/training from the beginning.
  • What makes your program special?

Since my program is small, I am able to give each dog and puppy all of the attention and care that they need to develop. I am dedicated to my breeding program and the health of my dogs and the puppies of future families. My dogs are my family, and I give that same love to each puppy as I prepare them to join their forever homes.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Labradoodle puppies include miniature, medium, and standard sizes. Goldendoodle puppies include petite, miniature, and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Labradoodle puppies include caramel red, red, apricot, cream, chocolate, cafe, black, and tri-color. Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, red, chocolate, black, phantom, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
