I'm Cyndi C., the breeder behind Cyndi’s Poodles located in Chapel Hill, NC. We adore our dogs! They’ve enriched our lives in ways we never imagined, and we are so happy to be able to share the wonderful qualities of the breed with others. Owning a Poodle is a beautiful experience, and it would be our honor to connect you with the perfect new addition to your family.
Q. & A. with Cyndi
Why did you start breeding?
Quitting my job in 1998 and pregnant with daughter #2, I wanted a hobby. I was raised with poodles and wanted my kids to enjoy this breed as well. There is no other breed of dog that compares to the poodle and I have been obsessed with toy poodles since my first pet poodle in 1987!
What makes your program special?
Family involved! My parents, my husband, two daughters, and four grandkids. We also raise Maine Coon cats that we imported from Russia so the dogs learn to like cats and vice versa!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include toy and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include sable, apricot, black, brown, cream, red, silver, white, parti, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

About CC
CC aka Crumbl Cookie is a stunning dark chocolate brown tiny toy poodle. She’s related to our Bella, Lululemon, and Teinklez. We love our brown poodles, can you tell!? She’s 5 1/2 pounds on a heavy day and 9” tall.
Dottie, mom
Poodle
About Dottie
Dottie was named Spottie Dottie by our breeder friend who bought her as a puppy. She stopped breeding and we purchased some of her poodles. Dottie was one of them and she is an absolute joy to have! She took a little time to warm up to me but now is like a shadow. She is a great mommy and has gorgeous babies! Dottie is a beautiful toy poodle with a short nose. I can’t get over how cute she is! So far we have had cream/ apricot abstract puppies and blue/silver colored puppies when bred to our little silver male Wyoming.
Dottie’s actually got a distant relative here that we bought directly from her breeder in LA. It’s Princess Glitter Sparkles :)
Dottie is 6 1/2 pounds and stands at 9” square. Her Embark DNA test results are posted on our web page.

Bella, mom
Poodle
About Bella
Bella was quite the catch when we found her. She is a timid girl but once she warms up to you, she does not want you to leave her! She adores you once she gets to know you. Her inseparable friend is her half sister Twinklez. We purchased them together and it was such a wonderful decision to have them both. The only issue we have had is trying to get dainty dogs to gain weight. The answer to this is our raw food. We are working our way up to five pounds now! Bella LOVES her raw food!
If you know my grandkids, you know one of the twins names is Arabella. We call her Bella. So Bella chose Bella as hers because she said she had to! lol. She thought this was the coolest dog ever. I guess she doesn't know that the name Bella has been pretty well the number one dog name for years lol
Lemon, mom
Poodle
About Lemon
Lemon is a cream/apricot toy poodle who weighs 6 1/2 - 7 pounds depending on her diet. She loves food! I purchased her after she was mature and proven. I was told she was 5 pounds but when I got her and put her on a scale, it said she was 6.14 pounds. She was a little chunky but she’s not a 5 pound girl.
She carries the parti gene and has had both black and brown solid/abstract and parti babies. She also carries the phantom gene. She can have apricot babies as well so this girl has a rainbow of colors for producing gorgeous babies!

I recently had the pleasure of welcoming a beautiful toy poodle into my home, and I cannot recommend Cyndi enough! From the very first interaction, it was clear that they prioritize the relationships with the new families, along with the health and happiness of their dogs.
My puppy has been a delightful addition to my family, and she is not only adorable but also incredibly well-adjusted and healthy. It’s evident that Cyndi invests a great deal of time and care into their breeding program.
If you're considering adding a toy poodle to your family, I wholeheartedly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and for bringing joy into my life with my new companion!

I came across our new puppy on Good Dog and of course thought she was so adorable, however it wasn’t until after talking with Cindy and getting to know her that Monet (now Chloe) was absolutely perfect. Cindy truly cares about her dogs and every detail that comes with it! Out of all the dogs I’ve gotten in my life, never has the process been so clear, organized, and professional. It is hard to find ethical and caring breeders this day in age, and to have had the privilege to work with Cindy was an amazing experience! Chloe is perfect in every way - healthy, sweet, and smart. We can’t thank Cindy enough for all her efforts and for gifting us the most perfect little fur baby we ever could have asked for!
