I'm Will & Christi L., the breeder behind Cypress Forrest Doodles located in Florence, AL. We breed high-quality puppies. We love what we do and are committed to producing well-bred, healthy, socialized puppies for loving homes. We are a small enough program that we are able to focus on each dog or puppy and their needs. We take pride in the time and dedication we give to every litter.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Breeding is a new adventure for us and our children. It is something my husband did years ago that we wanted to get back into. We believe we can provide a home to raise puppies where they are healthy and socialized by our children. This is a family venture that we love!

  • What makes your program special?

    Our dogs are part of our family which sets us apart. They are around our children all the time and used to a family setting which better prepares them for their future home.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Will & Christi

Will & Christi has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $400 non-refundable deposit and between $800 - $1,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price include health guarantee, first round of shots, vet visit, and socialization. Deposit is nonrefundable but it transferable to another puppy or a future litter.”

Contract & health guarantee

Will & Christi may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Will & Christi offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Will & Christi directly.

  • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Will and Christi helped us find our perfect fur baby for our family. We officially named her Layla since it was easier for our almost 2 year old to pronounce it! The moment we asked about her they answered so quickly and helped us with so much! We truly appreciate them for giving us the missing piece of our little family! They kept us informed with every little detail until we picked her up, even when we picked her up they gave us all her medical records and even sent her home with a care package with her favorites treats, toys, and the blanket she was used to.     Will and Christi were great to work with! We lost our 17 year old fur baby in May and our hearts were broken.
