I'm Steph, the breeder behind Daffodil Dogs located in Nederland, TX. Our puppies are raised in our home, surrounded by children and daily love. We focus on health, temperament, and early socialization so each pup grows into a confident, loving companion ready to join your family.
Q. & A. with Steph
Why did you start breeding?
After rescuing our first dog, Daffodil, and later adding Clover to our family, we fell in love with the breed’s personality. Watching the bond between them inspired us to start breeding so that other families could experience the same joy we’ve found. Our goal is to raise puppies who are not only healthy but also well-adjusted to family life from the very beginning.
What makes your program special?
We raise only one carefully planned litter a year, giving each puppy the time, attention, and early socialization they deserve. Our puppies are born and raised inside our home—never in kennels—and receive hands-on care every day. We focus on health, temperament, and a smooth transition from our family to yours, so each puppy leaves ready to bring love and companionship to their forever home.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include wheaten, white, parti, liver, black and silver, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
