I'm Mandie, the breeder behind Daffodil Valley Goldens located in Puyallup, WA. We fell in love with the breed because of their intelligence, loyalty, diversity in performance and personality. We do not breed often so when we do have a litter it's a big deal around here. There’s hardly a better feeling than being able to share them with other families that will love them the way that we do! It’s our top priority to make sure each of our puppy families welcomes a happy and healthy new family member that also fits their lifestyle needs. Our dogs have experience in Therapy, Service and Best Friend Duties like paddle boarding, swimming, hiking, and best of all snuggling. We have a well rounded pack that produces well rounded pups. They get up and go and know when to chill out and rest with you.

Magnolia, mom
Golden Retriever
About Magnolia
Magnolia is from a little beach town off the coast of WA and she truly is our beach babe. She is our most driven golden and enjoys walks, playing ball, swimming, paddle boarding and sunbathing but will steer clear of the hose and any water fights in the yard. She is very intelligent and eager to please. She loves having tasks to do and has a lovely personality. She goes when she is asked to go and settles in when we get home. She is of show quality and was the pick of the litter. She is a fantastic mother!

Bruce, dad
Golden Retriever
About Bruce
Bruce is our miracle boy! His mother had him 11 days early and we lost all the puppies except for him. Nobody thought he would survive, this little hairless pup smaller than my hand. I poured every piece of myself I had into him, hand milking his mother and tube feeding, keeping him warm, bottle feeding, and oh so many sleepless nights fawning over him to live. He is a true survivor. By being raised this way he is the most patient, calm, loving, understanding boy anyone has ever seen. He has a greater calling than just a stud and shares the Service quality that he gets from his mother, June who was a Therapy dog. He can read you better than you can read yourself, which often times has us stopping to be with complete strangers who are hurting or grieving, and Bruce touches their lives and brings love to their hearts that they didn't know they were missing (He gets this from his Mama). I am honored to share his line with other families, and I know his babies will touch your lives and bring quality and confidence back to those who need it.
Bruce is happiest by your side, doing whatever you expect from him. He will get up and hike, run, swim, etc. He just wants to please you and if you are happy, so is he! He loves meeting new people and checking out new places. But his favorite days are the ones on the couch in your arms.
