I'm Jill E., the breeder behind Daveren German Pinschers located in Stanley, NM. Our litters are carefully planned with the goal to improve the breed and produce the most beautiful, intelligent, trainable and healthy puppies possible. Our puppies are born & raised in my home using puppy culture protocols. Our protocols ensure the puppies are exposed to age appropriate stimulation so leave us very well socialized & mostly potty trained. My goal is to produce beautiful, stylish, sound, friendly, confident, intelligent, trainable, affectionate, healthy Pinschers.
Q. & A. with Jill
Why did you start breeding?
During a college internship I worked for a groomer/trainer that showed dogs. I attended a few shows with her and was very inspired by the breeders and their dedication to the preservation of their breeds. I loved the human/dog dynamic of the showing. The whole package of the shows, the bond, the passion and dedication to the big picture was inspiring.
What makes your program special?
I have been passionate about preserving, promoting and loving German Pinschers for two decades. I have a lot of experience but am also constantly learning and improving everything I do. We use all of the most current research about raising puppies, age appropriate socialization, the most up to date DNA evaluations and health screening of our parent dogs. We also have the most successful breeding program in the USA with the top show dogs for 13 years. We are definitely 'all in' when it comes to this breed!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
