I'm Meagan D., the breeder behind Davis cockapoos located in Lake Tansi, TN. We cherish each of our dogs and puppies, and we do everything we can to make sure that they get the best lives possible. That includes everything from choosing healthy parents with good temperaments, to proper socialization and daily care, to placing them in loving homes with wonderful families. We strive to provide each of our puppies and their families with a truly positive experience!

There are so many breeders to choose from but I only a few gave me everything I was looking for. 1 - Home Raised by a Small Breeder. A glance at the Davis Cockapoo Facebook page shows how much individual attention each puppy gets. Tansy is so well socialized and clearly used to being handled. At 8 weeks when I picked her up, she already had the basics of house training. Meagan also sent her home with everything she needed to settle in to a new place. 2- No Docked Tail. How-to videos on YouTube from breeders on tail docking are horrifying. I didn't want a puppy who had been through that. 3- No Merles. While single merles are healthy, double merles have the risk of serious disability. Both cocker spaniel and poodle breeders are trying to avoid merles because of the risks. Cockapoos come in so many beautiful colors (again, look at the the Davis Cockapoo Facebook page) there is no reason to keep passing on a gene that can cause deafness and blindness. I am so grateful to Davis Cockapoos. Tansy is a happy, healthy, bundle of joy. Meagan was quick to answer all questions and working with Good Dog made everything easy! If you are lucky enough to find an available puppy at Davis Cockapoos, I highly recommend them!

Willow is adjusting well to life in Alabama. She got to meet the Grand babies yesterday and after a few minutes was playing with them well. We had a wonderful experience with Davis Cockapoos, we can tell Meagan and family have been so loving and kind to Willow and helped Willow to be ready to go to our home.
