I'm Deirdre H., the breeder behind Dearheart Havanese located in Warrenton, VA. My dogs live in my home and puppies are well socialized. I take puppy placement very seriously. I want my puppies to go to homes where they will be given the attention, love, and care they deserve. I am always available to puppy families with any questions or concerns they may have. My breeding dogs have been extensively health tested to ensure they will produce the healthiest puppies.

"This is an agreement to reserve a Havanese puppy. It is not a guarantee that a puppy will be available. Buyer agrees to place a deposit of $500.00 to reserve a puppy. The balance of the purchase price will be paid when the buyer takes possession of the puppy. Seller reserves the right to return deposit back to the buyer if for any reason the puppy becomes unavailable."
Deirdre may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Deirdre offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Deirdre directly.
