Meet the breeder

I'm Deborah P., the breeder behind Deblyns Poodles located in Leonard, TX. We are breeders of Standard Poodles. Our primary interest is in raising healthy, happy, well-adjusted, balanced puppies and matching them to families or individuals that will honor and respect the puppy for who they are. I raise adorable, affectionate, versatile puppies, and give them the best start for a life of companionship and love! We look forward to connecting you with your next family member!

Q. & A. with Deborah

  • Why did you start breeding?

Dogs have been a part of my life as long as I can remember. Dogs have brought us so much joy and happiness that we wanted to give back by producing the highest quality dogs, with the best temperaments; and then to provide them a wonderful life with well chosen, wonderful families. It has been an absolute joy of a journey!
  • What makes your program special?

We raise our puppies to be empowered, confident and ready to meet their world. This is done through a puppy curriculum that allows us to know that individual puppy in nearly every circumstance they will meet. After 7 weeks, we temperment test puppies and then match the puppy with families that will best meet their mutual needs. Puppy buyers will pick their puppy with a full 7 weeks of information about that puppy. We video almost daily and take tons of pictures. You will know these puppies well before you pick your new family member.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include apricot, black, blue, brown, cafe au lait, cream, silver, silver-beige, parti, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
