Meet the breeder

I'm Tamara D., the breeder behind DeBruce Danes located in Gainesville, GA. It has always been a dream of ours to add Great Danes to our family and, in turn, share them with the world. We were finally able to achieve our dream a few years ago when we added our first Great Dane, Madam Bella, to our family. We pride ourselves on raising our Danes in a clean, loving environment, with plenty of room inside and outside to roam, play, and run.

Q. & A. with Tamara

  • Why did you start breeding?

We wanted to put our passion for Great Danes to good use. Breeding healthy, happy puppies is our way to give back to the breed and the families who love them. We want nothing more than to see each of our dogs and puppies shine. We look forward to helping you find the perfect Great Dane for you and your family.
  • What makes your program special?

At DeBruce Dane's (Formerly Three G's Ranch) we produce excellent companions. We understand the importance of dog health, temperament, and structure, and every breeding decision is made accordingly. Our program also breeds with a focus on conformation and color. We are constantly improving our breeding program and work closely with our mentors in the dog community to do so.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include merlequin, blue brindle, blue and white, black and white, brindle, fawn, blue, harlequin, merle, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Tamara was amazing to work with! She was friendly and available for me to ask all kinds of questions. We FaceTimed, text before and after adoption. Anytime I have questions she is always just a text away being supportive of me and her puppies! And let me tell you 10/10 recommend. I’ve had Lukan for over a week, and he has the best temperament. You can tell that he’s been worked with since birth. He is not scared of anything, lawn mower, vacuum, hair dryer, car wash, you name it he just sees what it is and almost shrugs his shoulders cause he’s not bothered by it. She starts potty training and crate training and we’ve continued that and so far he’s doing amazing with it…. He is just a happy go lucky curious puppy. He’s been exposed to children and it shows when friends came to visit he loved the kids but when they got wild, he just went and came and sit by me. Temperament and intelligence is so prominent in her litters. Not to mention beautiful markings… 10/10 a wonderful experience and if I ever want to add to my dog family, I will be seeking her out again, and I will be recommending her to any of my friends who are ready to add a Dane to their pack!!
