I'm Debi S., the breeder behind Deb’s KY Doodles located in Nortonville, KY. Our dogs are given the utmost care and attention that they need and deserve. We breed beautiful, healthy Goldendoodles that are great additions to any family. We make sure that each and every puppy is happy, healthy and well-rounded for our buyers. Some of them are even trained as service dogs!

Why did you start breeding?
We acquired our first Doodle, Wednesday, over 18 years ago. She was such a loving, intelligent dog with a look that was so unique that we wanted to “share” the Doodles with our world! After much research, we decided that the Goldendoodle would be the breed that we would concentrate on for our program as they are beautiful, adaptable and highly trainable for many disciplines.What makes your program special?
Our goal is to produce quality pups from health tested parents and give each pup a good head start into becoming a lifelong family member. We hand select our parents for great temperament, healthy bloodlines and outstanding appearance. We have kept some of our own pups to serve as “future parents” so that we are confident in the overall quality of the pups we are producing.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I), Neonatal Encephalopathy with Seizures (NEwS), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Debi was great to work with during the waiting period. She sent us pictures each week so we could see Chloe’s progress. I have never had a breeder do that. This was greatly appreciated. Deb also answered all questions we had while in waiting promptly. You hope and pray that your breeder loves your puppy and spends time socializing the pup. She got an A+ on socializing and loving our girl. This is important to us, wouldn’t hesitate adopting a dog knowing what we now know of Deb. +4Debi was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive the entire time. She went above and beyond with pictures and videos of our baby, Pearl. We were not in town when Pearl was ready to go home and Debi kept her a few extra weeks until we were able to pick her up. Our baby girl is perfect and happy. You can tell she was very well cared for. Working with Debi has been the best experience. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for their new best friend.
