Meet the breeder

I'm Trisha D., the breeder behind Dees Schnauzers located in Crestview, FL. We have had a very small home breeding program for 20 years. We strive to produce the best puppy for your family. We start crate training and potty training at 5 weeks old. The puppies will go home with their first crate and puppy package. I groom all puppies. We socialize all puppies with adults, children of various ages as well as other dogs. They learn to use a doggy door. Vet provides all shots.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Our original pair of schnauzers were so loveable and full of personality, our friends wanted us to share the gift we had found with them. We love to see thee joy a new puppy brings to others as a new family member, but also as a lifelong companion. Over the years, hearing the stories of our schnauzer owners and having them come back for second and third schnauzer is an honor.

  • What makes your program special?

    We strive to pour lots of love into our puppies while they are with us. We start teaching simple commands such as sit and come. We not only begin crate training, but we also provide their first crate. We offer future pet sitting if you are local, so your schnauzer does not have to be boarded when you have to travel. I also groom the puppies' multiple times before they go home.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include parti, liver, salt and pepper, and black and silver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Trisha

Trisha has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Trisha partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $800 non-refundable deposit and $800 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes AKC registration, 1st set of shots, Health certificate, crate, puppy package, and initial grooming. All of our puppies are the same fee at this time for limited AKC registration.”

Contract & health guarantee

Trisha may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     We found Trisha through Good DOG and we are very happy we did. She kept us informed throughout the process. Mia is our new miniature schnauzer baby.     I loved my experience! Once I made the deposit I was stressed of course but she put my mind at ease, I got pics of my fur baby every few days and now he’s the best thing that has happened to me. Parker is super smart and was super well taken care of. She had all his paperwork and vet appointments documentation, along with the chip information. From the pictures I got I saw that worker was being cared for by a great family with plenty of toys and love to go around. He’s a super happy puppy and I’m so grateful for Deeschnauzers.

    Dealing with Trisha was wonderful. You can tell she has been doing this a long time from the amount of knowledge she has. All of our dealings with Dees Schnauzers have been a 10 out of 10. Before we got to pick up Max We visited him multiple times, the environment at the house was ultra clean And you can tell they really love all of the dogs. Since picking up Max, Trisha has been more than helpful with several of our questions and even grooming max for us once. I can't speak highly enough what kind and caring breeders they are.
