Meet the breeder

I'm Chrissy D., the breeder behind DeFelice's German Shepherds located in Iola, WI. Show and Working quality also available. We have developed several protocols to ensure the health and well-being of all of our dogs. It’s our top priority to make sure each of our puppies not only go into the best home but that the customer is satisfied as well!

Q. & A. with Chrissy

  • Why did you start breeding?

I became an obedience trainer in 2016. I've always loved the German Shepherd Dog and knew that was the breed for me. Not only are they beautiful, but their workability, loyalty and purpose is outstanding.
  • What makes your program special?

I strive to share the joy the GSD brings me with others. Our dogs here are first & foremost family. We do compete in conformation, obedience & sport. Our goal here at DeFelice GSDs is to produce intelligent, beautiful, stable German Shepherds for work, show and companionship.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies include stock and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include sable, black, and black and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
