This policy is in place to protect the time, resources, and planning involved in responsibly matching each puppy with their future family. • Puppies with deposits are considered reserved and will be removed from the market immediately. No puppy is held without a deposit. • The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the day of your puppy’s scheduled pickup or delivery. If payment is not received by the agreed date, the puppy may be relisted without refund of your deposit. • All puppies are sold as-is, with no health guarantee expressed or implied. While we make every effort to raise happy, healthy puppies, we cannot guarantee future health outcomes. • Veterinary records and proof of age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming will be provided at the time of pickup or delivery. • Due to the nature of animal care and disease prevention, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances. • Delays in pickup must be communicated in advance. Extended stays beyond the agreed pickup date may incur daily boarding fees. • We reserve the right to cancel a sale at any time if we feel the placement is not in the best interest of the puppy.
