I'm Britta N., the breeder behind Dewbury Dream Goldens located in Hurricane, UT. Our dogs are fully OFA Health tested. They are also Genetic tested. They have their AKC Canine Good Citizens Award. Puppies are raised inside our home, using the Puppy Culture Method & Temperament Tested, using the Volhard Method. LOTS of Desensitization, Socialization, Training, & Cuddling has been given to each pup. I do NOT breed if they don’t pass the OFA Clearences 😜.

Why did you start breeding?
Ever since Britta was 16 years old, she has dreamed of raising service or show dogs, but it was not until her youngest daughter was 13 that she felt that she had the necessary time to devote to this dream. And once the decision was made to pursue this dream, hundreds of hours of research was put into finding the right breed, with the right pedigree, health scores & temperament…not an easy task! After several months of research for that perfect dog, we acquired our first show quality puppy….”Angel”, Moonlit Acres First Fancy Dewbury, from an exceptional breeder, Dana Logan, in Vancouver, Washington.What makes your program special?
We are small by choice, so we can focus on the quality of our dogs, rather than the quantity. Our specific goal is to produce healthy, happy, mild-tempered Show & Service Dogs, and of course also makes the perfect pet for you! We are extremely picky with the health of our dogs, and goes through great lengths/expenses to assure that their physical as well as mental health are well taken care of. And we have highly qualified veterinarian & canine dental specialists to oversee the health of our dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

"The price is based on a fully health tested sire & dam, with great temperaments. I offer a 2 year limited guarantee on any genetic problems, and a 1 year on hips & elbows. Too many “interested” buyers goes Shopping around for a puppy AFTER they have committed to a kennel of their choice, leaving us breeders all of a sudden with a puppy unspoken for, when we have turned dozens of interested buyers away in the meantime, because we thought the buyer were committed. For this reason do I ask for a deposit & a signed contract before I will reserve a puppy. It’s really no different than many other businesses, where a deposit is needed in order to hold an item.😜."

About Wallen
Wallen is the perfect balance of a goofball and a gentle giant. He is very well mannered and gets along with humans as well a other animals. He thrives on structure and LOVES to learn/work, and he is always ready for a great hike in the Southern California Hills. If there is water around Wallen, he will be in it. Wallen has an exceptional nose, and this AMAZING nose gene is passed onto his puppies. Wallen can keep himself entertained without displaying any anxious or destructive behaviors. Wallen makes very intelligent puppies, which also are GORGEOUS! If you want to improve your program with a good nose, intelligence, and sweet disposition, Wallen is your guy.

About Abigail
Abigail is a STUNNING girl with a PHENOMINAL pedigree! She has some of the finest pedigrees in the world behind her, and her temperament is also AMAZING. I was VERY specific when I bred Abigail's mother, Angel, as I was after a specific line which would compliment my lines, and the outcome (Abigail) did NOT disappoint! Abigail is a very happy girl and also a very attentive mother, and I must admit that her puppies are some of the most beautiful puppies I have ever produced. Abigail's favorite thing to do is to go hiking in the red hills of Southern Utah. Abigail has Good Hips, Normal Elbows, Clear Eyes, Clear Heart (echocardiogram), and is Clear on her genetic panel, except for Ichthyosis, which she is a carrier of. For this reason, she is only bred with clear males, as to not create Affected puppies.

About Nessa
Miss Nessa is bred by Galant Hearts Service Dogs Organization & spent her first 8 weeks in the loving hands of Debbie McCaullogh, whom taught her well, using the Puppy Culture Method. I continued to build on that solid foundation, and Nessa is a PHENOMENAL dog....GREAT eye contact, willing, bidding, kind, gentle, and oh SO easy to train! Nessa is always aiming to please & like the other Dewbury dogs, she loves to snuggle! As a matter of fact, one of her favorite things to do is to go with her dad, Connor, to do Therapy Dog work......Which she started at the early age of 10 weeks old, where she was a SMASHING hit with the SUU & DSU Universities. But then again, how could she be anything than a Super-Snuggler, when both of her parents are Certified Therapy Dogs??? ALL of Nessa's litter mates are now Certified Guide Dogs, which speaks to her genetic disposition for obedience & intelligence. Nessa also has a funny & corkey side to her, which often makes us laugh. Nessa has proven to be a phenomenal Mom & her puppies are VERY sweet & trainable.

About Canto
Canto is a STUNNING Golden Retriever which I imported from Denmark. He has a long golden coat, and a dark pigment. His head is the most masculine head I have ever seen on a Golden, and NO ONE ever thinks he is a female!! Canto has BVA 3/3 hips (Excellent) and OFA Good hips Canto has BVA 0/0 elbows and OFA Normal elbows Canto has a PERFECT heart, determined via Echocardiogram by Dr Forney. Canto has PERFECT eyes, with NO notations. Canto is CLEAR of 231 Genetic problems, except Ichthyosis, for which he is a Carrier. Canto has his GCG behavior Title and is working on getting his other two CGC titles. Canto's temperament is VERY, VERY sweet and mellow, and he is passing that lovely temperament on to his puppies. (Which are also VERY sweet and intelligent.) Canto is a proven stud, with 10 puppies as his first litter.

Sir Eddie is ONE AMAAAAAAZING boy!!! His pedigree is SOOOOOO AMAZING, his coat is thick and luscious, his topline is SPOT ON, and his temperament is SWEET, SWEET, SWEET!!! Sir Eddie is everyone's friend and always ready for a friendly wrestling match. ;) Sir Eddie's Father is no other than DK.CH.U SE u CH NO CH DKJUCH. NORDV21 Drumkilty Rumour Has It, and he took 2nd place in the European Dog Show, among all of the many other titles he now holds.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
