I'm Megan N., the breeder behind D&H Doodles located in Steubenville, OH. All of our dogs are loved as family members. We cherish our puppies from birth up until they leave our arms to snuggle into yours! Our mission is to breed the very best dogs that we can, to raise them with love, and to select their future homes with careful attention.

Why did you start breeding?
I’ve always loved dogs and growing up my mom bred bichapoos i wanted to set a solid foundation for each of my dogs and pups. I love being a breeder. It's so fulfilling to have the opportunity to create companionship and love and to see the positive effect that a beloved, furry companion can have on its family.
What makes your program special?
My pups are raised INSIDE my home not in a barn, we give love, play, interact and teach the puppies also get ENS and ENI. They are raised around children and will start potty training and get a going home package! We love our pups so much and desire them to be the best companion for your family!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $1,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Megan may provide a written contract or
health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps
protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you
both have a clear understanding of the terms of your
puppy purchase. If Megan offers a contract
or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
DNA Disease Panel, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
