After buyers complete the application and screening process, Heather partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

She found the transportation company, helped us get the appropriate crate, and made sure we had clear instructions and everything we needed for picking her up at the airport. Heather provided all of Lacey Bleu’s medical information, along with clear instructions for feeding and caring for her. We felt very prepared when we brought her home. Choosing Heather from Diamondcrest Inc to get our pup from has been the best decision for our family. Having her puppies crate trained before they come home was huge for us. Even on the first day our fur baby never cried sleeping alone. He came home with a small starter kit.
