I'm DeMichael T., the breeder behind Dirty Boot Kennel located in Shreveport, LA. We are an in-home program where our dogs are our companions first and foremost. We are dedicated to providing each of our puppies with loving and caring forever homes. We ensure they are socialized, healthy, and prepared to excel in life. Our dogs are bred for those specifics, and we take pride in our breeding program.

Why did you start breeding?
We wanted to put our passion for Pekingese to good use. Breeding healthy, happy puppies is our way to give back to the breed and the families who love them. We love spoiling and pampering our dogs, and hope that our puppies' new homes will love and cherish them just as much as we do! We want nothing more than to see each of our dogs and puppies shine and we know that our beautiful pups are sure to make loving companions for your family for many years to come!What makes your program special?
We spoil each of our puppies with personal attention and lots of group playtime. Our commitment is to provide you with a professional and friendly puppy-buying experience, and that includes always having responsible practices when it comes to breeding, training, and rehoming our puppies. Each pup is cherished from the moment of birth and given the best start we can possibly provide!Where do your breeding dogs live?

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
