I'm Joe D., the breeder behind Distinctive Doodle located in Kennesaw, GA. Here at Distinctive Doodle, all of our dogs are true family members. They go everywhere with us – carpool, vacation, baseball games, hikes, swimming, kayaking – wherever we go, so go the dogs! They can often be found chasing the frisbee, joining the kids on their playdates, or snuggled up on our couch enjoying family time.

What makes your program special?
We believe in family, and take pride as a family in the superior puppies we raise! All of our puppies are raised in our home from their very first breath until the time they go to their furever home. We employ many different socialization techniques (Puppy Culture, Bad Ass breeder, Avidog), and our own Kid friendly environment gives our puppies the best start in life!What are the different breed sizes in your program?

“Puppies are raised in our home with Puppy Culture! All dogs come with a health guarantee, dewormed, vaccinations, veterinarian well checkups, and LOTS of love, cuddles, and intense socialization. $350 non-refundable deposit. Deposit adds you to wait list. Puppy picks are done in order of deposits. Breeder reserves right to hold back up to 2 puppies per litter.”

About Sadee
Sadee is extremely loyal, loving, and THE MOST obedient dog ever! She loves the lake - kayaking, boating, swimming, and sunbathing all are right up her alley. On land, she loves playing fetch, snuggles on the couch, and wrestling with our other dogs. She excels in obedience trials, and has done well in the show ring too. Beauty and Brains fill this girl. You won't find a better Aussie anywhere.

But when it comes to choosing between playing fetch 🎾 or curling up for a cozy cuddle session, she'll always choose snuggles. 🥰 Dory is a self-proclaimed "kiss monster" 💋 who believes there’s no such thing as too many smooches. She has a heart as big as a golden retriever, loving everyone she meets with the same warmth and enthusiasm. Not only is she great with all people, Dory carries that sweet temperament over into her interactions with other dogs as well.

TinkerBell is our mini Blue Merle Aussiedoodle, born to Cali and Humphrey (Aug, 2021). We knew she was something special from the day she was born! Tinkerbell is a gentle, loving, energetic girl who makes friends immediately with everyone. She loves a good belly rub and the affection of her humans, especially the kids. She romps and plays with them at every opportunity - and its impossible to tell who is happier - Tink or the kiddos! 🤩 TinkerBell also loves play time with all her ‘siblings” in the house, with a good game of 3-way tug-of-war being her favorite. And those eyes! Look into her eyes and see that she is eager to please her humans. But, be careful. Those eyes will melt any ❤️ and get her the attention she wants. What a lover!

Hip Dysplasia , Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
DNA Disease Panel, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Distinctive Doodle was great to work with! I was confident that I would get a great puppy! Puppies are born and cared for right in their home. They work very hard to expose the puppies to many different stimuli and situations. My pup even started crate training before I picked her up. I got pictures and updates through out the process and was even able to view my pup on a live web cam. Distinctive Doodle is a wonderful breeder and great to work with! I highly recommend them!!!

+6I’m going to fall short expressing my gratitude for everything Joe and his family have done to prepare Picabo Street aka ZENI to succeed! The amount of attention and experiences that Jennifer and her kids create for the puppies to grow, learn and love, created an amazing beginning to life. The puppy cam became my constant check in with the growing puppies. As the puppies grew older their play area became more and more advanced. The experiences created a foundation for exercise and problem solving. Jennifer and her family created a strong base for ZENI to move forward in her training and socialization. Communication and information on the puppies, parents and development was wonderful. As ZENI has been introduced to our neighbors and friends, they are all amazed by her CUTENESS, but even more by her bravery and smarts! I cannot recommend Distinctive Doodle enough! If you are looking for a new addition to your family, this is the breeder to go with!

I look forward to keeping in touch with Distinctive Doodle, they have been terrific. It is clear the puppies they raise have a loving home from the start. Benni my new puppy was raised with extreme care and it is clear he has received lots of socialization and exposure to various noises. I have never met such a calm and happy puppy. In addition to how well they treat the doggos they also did an excellent job of making me feel special. I received regular puppy updates and lots of photos of my soon to be puppy, as well as tons of advice as I prepared to take care of my first ever dog.
