I'm Mary L., the breeder behind Dixie Poodles Doodles and More located in Gulfport, MS. We are an in-home program where our dogs are our companions first and foremost. Our puppies are lovingly raised in our home as part of our family so that we can prepare them to be wonderful additions to yours. We breed with a focus on temperament in order to produce loving puppies that have the potential to be service dogs. We are dedicated to providing each of our puppies with loving and caring forever homes.
Q. & A. with Mary
Why did you start breeding?
I love poodles, my husband favors the australian shepherds since we live on a farm, and my girls wanted a golden retriever. Hence, we sort of fell in love with the doodles, aussiedoodles and goldendoodles. Our dogs have brought us so much joy and happiness that we wanted to give back to them by producing the highest quality dogs and providing them a wonderful life with wonderful families. Our goal is to not only produce adorable, affectionate puppies, but to focus on temperament and socialization so that our pups can become amazing family companions and potentially service dogs.
What makes your program special?
We are a small, in-home breeder. Each puppy gets tons of individual love and attention. Our goal is to produce healthy, loving dogs for those in need, and we strive to prepare all our doodles to excel in their forever homes as service dogs and as loving companions. We are passionate about doodles, and our love for these dogs shines through in every aspect of our breeding program.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
