I'm Kiara, the breeder behind DL House of Poodles located in Texas. I am passionate about raising happy, healthy puppies with intention and care. My poodle is fully up to date on vaccinations and health testing. My mission is to responsibly place well socialized, healthy puppies into loving homes where they are nurtured, valued, and able to live full, happy lives.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I’ve always wanted to share the joy, companionship, and quality I’ve always valued in my own dogs. Raising well‑socialized, healthy puppies and connecting them with loving families felt like a natural extension of my lifelong love for dogs.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our program ensures every puppy is raised right in our home, surrounded by love, kids, and daily enrichment. I focus on health, temperament, and early socialization so each puppy grows into a confident, happy companion ready to thrive with their new family.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Kiara

Kiara has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Kiara partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We match puppies after evaluating their temperaments at 7–8 weeks. This helps ensure each puppy goes to the home that fits them best.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $1,950 - $2,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“All puppies are thoroughly health tested to ensure a healthy start. Prices may vary. A non-refundable deposit secures your puppy and goes toward the final purchase price.”

Contract & health guarantee

Kiara may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Standard Veterinary Blood Panel, Vet Wellness Exam

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • Full Embark Panel, DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Kiara was incredibly responsive and made the entire process of getting my puppy seamless and stress-free. She takes excellent care of her puppies, and Kodi came to me happy, healthy, and well-behaved. He adjusted so well, and I had no issues with crate training or getting him settled into his new home.
