Meet the breeder

I'm Christi H., the breeder behind Doo a Little Doodle located in Vancouver, WA. In 2015 we purchased our first Goldendoodle in the hopes of creating our own line of dogs that are chosen for temperament first, coat type and color next. We raise our pups in our loving home. We utilize the Puppy Culture program and believe that creating even temperaments starts at birth.

Q. & A. with Christi

  • Why did you start breeding?

I used to breed and show Bichons in the 80's, and I've always strived to produce the best of the best of the dogs in my program. We saw that there was a great desire for Goldendoodle and bernedoodle puppies, and our first step was finding a good foundation dog and building from there. We have continued to improve our program, and 5 years ago we added the Puppy Culture program.
  • What makes your program special?

Our breeding program is special because we consider the needs of each individual puppy and cater our training program based on their developmental needs. Utilizing the Puppy Culture program, we have a greater chance of producing exceptional puppies. The proof is in the testimonies from our past buyers and the fact they come back for a second dog.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Bernedoodle puppies are mini size. Goldendoodle puppies include miniature, medium, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, red, merle, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
