I'm Laura H., the breeder behind Doodle Belle Puppy located in Layton, UT. We use Puppy Culture protocols, a series of stimulation and socialization methods designed to shelter-proof your puppy using data regarding why animals are surrendered to a shelter and embedding defenses against these behaviors into the formative first 12 weeks of life.   • Why did you start breeding?

    Our foundation girl, Miss Piper Lucy Belle, was first and foremost our family pet. She is the gold standard when it comes to Labrador Retrievers and we are delighted to have her. On advice from our Vet, who recognized her quality, we let her have one litter, but our passion for the process lead us to add and expand our program. We realized that, as a family, we are really pretty good at dog rearing.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our program is special because of the genuine care and concern we have for our animals. Dogs live with us, in the house or in a Guardian home, as the pet, no kennels. We consider all of our puppies family and check in with them regularly. We have a social media network with our families and discuss training, socialization, nutrition and also allows us to stay in touch.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Poodle puppies are standard size. Aussiedoodle puppies include mini and standard sizes. Bernedoodle puppies include medium and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Poodle puppies include parti and phantom. Aussiedoodle puppies include brown and white, blue merle, red merle, black and white, and black tri-color. Bernedoodle puppies include sable and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Laura

Laura has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 deposit and between $700 - $1,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"Due to the various costs going into each breed fertility rates and popularity, our price varies based on breed, gender, temperament, size and coloring. As of January 1, 2022 our Deposits are fully transferrable to another litter or partially refundable if needed, as long as it is more than two weeks before go home. We retain $100 for admin costs."

Contract & health guarantee

Laura may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Laura was great, she accommodated or need to meet early Sunday morning so that we could return home to Oregon. Punkin is doing well she is having trouble with potty training (she goes outside to pee then comes in and 💩) so we are working hard on that. Traveling is still a little hard she has a nervous tummy but getting better. We love her and she has fit right in with the family of 2 big sisters one 12year old lab and one 2year old cat who she loves to wrestle with.
