Meet the breeder

I'm Julie D., the breeder behind Dorsch's Doodles located in Fort Wayne, IN. We raise beautiful, high quality Bernedoodle puppies that have been bred as fun loving, easy to train companions. Our puppies have been bred specifically for unique, low-shedding coats. It is our goal to offer a well socialized, friendly, healthy companion for your family. Your puppy will be microchipped, dewormed, have its first shots and wellness-check prior to delivery or pickup.

Q. & A. with Julie

  • Why did you start breeding?

We purchased our male doodle from our brother and sister-in-law 4 years ago and immediately fell in love with him. It wasn't long before we knew he needed the perfect mate so we could give other people the opportunity to have a dog as sweet as Charlie. Our sister-in-law surprised us by breeding our favorite Dam in their program which resulted in the beautiful and very special Josie.
  • What makes your program special?

We have two healthy bernedoodle's that come from a reputable breeder (Houskerville Doodles). They have coached us through this whole process and will continue to offer their support. We have a big back yard, feed high quality kibble and homemade food. Our dogs receive tons of exercise, play, cuddle time and socialization.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include tri-color and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
