Why did you start breeding?
My journey into breeding began with Australian Shepherds, where I developed a strong foundation in raising working dogs, focusing on temperament, structure, and the connection between dogs and the people they live alongside. A Siberian Husky named Bear was my first dog as a young adult, and the breed has stayed with me ever since.What makes your program special?
By focusing on temperament, real-life integration, and purposeful pairing, we produce dogs that are not only beautiful but truly fit into the lives they’re placed in.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are agouti and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Bonnie
Bonnie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Bonnie partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“Our Approach to Matching Puppies At Double H Huskies, we believe the right match matters just as much as the puppy itself. Each puppy is unique, not just in looks, but in temperament, energy level, and personality. Rather than allowing selections based solely on appearance, we take an intentional approach to placing each puppy in the home where they will truly thrive. From an early age, we spend time observing and working with each puppy, getting to know their natural tendencies, confidence levels, engagement, and overall temperament. We look for traits like calmness, curiosity, independence, and social connection, all of which play an important role in long-term compatibility. We also take the time to understand our families, their lifestyle, experience, activity level, and what they’re truly looking for in a dog. Using this information, we guide the matching process to ensure each puppy is placed in a home that aligns with who they are. Our goal is to create balanced, successful relationships—not just in the first few weeks, but for the life of the dog. While we honor deposit order for general selection timing, final placement is a collaborative process rooted in what’s best for both the puppy and the family. This thoughtful approach is part of our commitment to raising dogs with purpose, presence, and long-term wellbeing in mind.”

“AKC registered puppies raised with hands-on socialization, exposed to other dogs, children, and farm animals, microchipped, first shots, and started on crate and potty training, setting the foundation for confident, well-adjusted companions. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your puppy. Deposits are transferable to a future litter up to two times but are not refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.”

Eska brings energy, personality, and a playful spirit to Double H Huskies, she is the life of the program and a favorite among everyone she meets. Full of expression and intelligence, Eska is incredibly interactive and talkative, embodying the true personality of a Siberian Husky. She thrives on connection and engagement, always ready to “chat,” play, or be right in the middle of whatever is going on. Her playful nature shines brightest with children, she even plays basketball alongside them, showing off her athleticism, awareness, and fun-loving temperament. Eska carries a beautiful plush coat with a rich, full texture while still maintaining the classic Siberian Husky look. Her coat is easy to maintain, with seasonal shedding that occurs twice a year, staying true to the natural cycle of the breed. Beyond her playful energy, Eska is incredibly intuitive and people-oriented. She brings joy, movement, and liveliness into every space, while still maintaining balance and responsiveness. Eska represents the vibrant, expressive side of the Siberian Husky, smart, engaging, and full of personality. Paired with strong structure and natural beauty, she plays an essential role in producing well-rounded puppies that carry both temperament and spirit.

About Tonka
Tonka is the definition of what we strive to produce at Double H Huskies—steady, intuitive, and deeply grounded. From the very beginning, his temperament stood out. As a puppy, Tonka would spend his days quietly at my feet while I worked, calmly observing the world around him. When someone new walked in, he’d gently greet them with curiosity and warmth, then return right back to his place, content, relaxed, and completely at ease. That natural off-switch is something truly special in a Siberian Husky. Tonka carries a rare, mellow presence. He is incredibly even-tempered, calm, and easy to be around, an old soul in a young, strong body. He brings a sense of steadiness wherever he goes, making him not only a beautiful dog, but an exceptional companion. Physically, Tonka is just as striking. He is a large, wooly-coated male with a classic wolf-gray and white pattern and a full, plush coat that reflects both his northern lineage and robust health. His bi-eyed coloring—one blue, one brown, adds to his unique and captivating expression. But what truly sets Tonka apart is his heart. He is gentle, affectionate, and deeply connected to his people. He represents the balance we value most: beauty, temperament, and soul.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA), Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
