I'm Deanna K., the breeder behind Double K Brittanys located in Traer, IA. I have 3 eight week old AKC Brittany females available. Grand father is DC NGDC GFC AFC Hope's Chief of Crosscreek. Their Great Grandfather is 2011 American Brittany Club Hall of Fame and 32x NSTRA Champion Nolan's Last Bullet. They have had their first round of vaccines. (Distemper Parvo, Bordetella, and pyrantel dewormer.) Their next round is due July 11th. I am a vet tech. I have been working closely with my veterinarians to make sure these puppies are happy, healthy and have everything they need.

Why did you start breeding?
I have had 3 Brittanys from Truax Brittanys. We love the breed. They are excellent hunters. I feel through good breeding and education. Others can also have a good hunting dog.
What makes your program special?
12 years as a vet tech Quality education on how to care for your pup.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include orange and white and liver and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Sadie has an amazing pedigree behind her. Her grandpa is DC NGDC Hope’s Chief of CrossCreek. Who was featured twice in the American Brittany magazine. Her great grandpa is 32x NSTRA CH Nolan’s Last Bullet, who was inducted into the American Brittany Club Dog Hall of Fame in 2011.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
