I'm Crystal D., the breeder behind Drew’s Aussies & Doodles located in Fredonia, PA. Puppies are handled daily and raised with Puppy Culture and ENS from the day they are born. The puppies are raised in our home with kids, cats, chickens and ducks. Each puppy comes with a puppy pack that includes blanket with scent of mom /litter mates, a favorite toy, a metal comb for grooming, dewormed, vet checked, vet records. And an invite to our private puppy group on Facebook that is for current owners of a Drew puppy. It is a great way to stay connected to litter mates, and previous puppies, ask questions, share pictures and update. It is our lifelong family commitment to benefit you and your puppy.
Q. & A. with Crystal
Why did you start breeding?
I had an Aunt with special needs and she LOVED when I would bring our dog in to visit. It has always been a passion of mine to help those with special needs. I grew up helping take care of my Aunt Cheryl and To see the love and joy these dogs brought to her when I came to visit her in the nursing home, I decided I wanted to work towards breeding dogs for therapy work.
What makes your program special?
As a Health & PE teacher I see the need for therapy dogs in the classroom as well and I take puppies into school with me to work on early socialization and the kids LOVE it. Both benefit!! We raise puppies in our home but expose them to lots of sights, sounds, work on early grooming, desensitize them to a number of things. They get constant love and attention.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Poodle puppies are moyen size. Aussiedoodle puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Poodle puppies are phantom. Aussiedoodle puppies include black tri-color, red phantom, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
