I'm Lucas E., the breeder behind Du Lac Miniature Schnauzers located in Lake Charles, LA. I've had Schnauzers as pets most of my life. In 2019 I decided to turn my love for Schnauzers into a breeding program so that I could produce beautiful, healthy, & well tempered dogs for the best companions possible.

Why did you start breeding?
It has always been my goal since I was younger, and recently I have educated myself and learned proper breeding methods, as well as built relationships with several mentors to insure that i am A reputable breeder. It is exciting for me to preserve the line of Minis all the while creating companionship for others to enjoy as I have.What makes your program special?
My dogs have been carefully selected & paired to produce the best pups possible. I am adamant about puppy socialization & use the Early Neurological Stimulation method to ensure my pups have a head start in life.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include liver, black and silver, black, and salt and pepper. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

“Also included are limited AKC registration, vaccines, tail docking, the one-year health guarantee, and a puppy package. All puppies are the same price, regardless of sex or color. A deposit is to hold the pup and is non-refundable unless an appropriate unforeseen circumstance occurs.”
