I'm Kate, the breeder behind Dulcito Doodles located in Queen Creek, AZ. We are a boutique breeder dedicated to producing exceptional puppies. Our litters are thoughtfully planned and prioritize health (OFA and DNA-testing), temperament, and a strong puppy foundation. We are committed to raising every puppy in a well-socialized and clean environment.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our program is curated to use the most researched and advanced tools available to raise and health test our litters. These include: PennHip, CHIC #, Embark DNA, & Temperament testing. Our puppy protocol includes: ENS & ESI exercises, early sound & scent exposure, grooming desensitization, touch desensitization (hands, feet, mouth, etc.), Volhard temperament testing, & early socialization.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Bernedoodle puppies include mini, medium, and standard sizes. Cavapoo puppies are toy size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Bernedoodle puppies include brown, sable, black and white, tri-color, and phantom. Cavapoo puppies include apricot and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kate

Kate has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $1,000 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Our price includes: licensed veterinarian examination, up to date vaccinations & dewormer, 1 year health & genetic guarantee, spay/neuter requirement, transition puppy food, blanket with litter scent. Deposit will reserve the puppy of your choice until they are cleared to go home by a licensed veterinarian.”

Contract & health guarantee

Kate may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1B), Bernese Mountain Dog Type, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
