Q. & A. with Nicole
Why did you start breeding?
As a youth growing up showing Akitas that my parents bred and raised themselves. I knew someday I would have my own Great Dane to show in the future. Showing Dogs and Horses has always been in my blood and when you build a strong relationship with an amazing dog with a excellent temperament and good conformation I always find my myself wanting to improve what I have and breed better one for myself.
What makes your program special?
We strive to produce healthy Great Danes with sound structure, correct conformation and outstanding temperaments with Champion bred pedigrees. Our Great Danes excel at showing in the Conformation and Performance rings and make wonderful family companions. We breed very selectively for the show and performance ring, we may only have one litter per year or every other year. Our Great Danes are OFA health tested, color tested, and have to pass a complete breeding physical by a veterinarian before we do any breeding on them.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include mantle merle, fawn, harlequin, mantle, merle, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
