I'm Teri K., the breeder behind Dyna Staffs located in Sandy, UT. We're breeders of Championship Staffordshire Bull Terriers. We strive to maintain the breed standard including type and temperament. Our Foundation Staffords were imported from Europe, primarily from England. Our dogs are all health tested. We take the responsibilities of breeding very seriously.
Q. & A. with Teri
Why did you start breeding?
We got our first Stafford for one of our daughters who was in need of a therapy dog. After a lot of research, we discovered Stafford and its unique abilities to tune in to the needs of "their" person. The change in our daughter's life, after getting our first Stafford, was so enormous that we became an instant advocate for the breed. Our daughter began to show and promote the breed.
What makes your program special?
We treat each puppy like family. They are reared inside our home with Puppy Culture protocols and a lot of family attention. They are introduced, at the proper stages, to stimuli and leave our home with a solid foundation.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
