Q. & A. with Elizabeth

  • Why did you start breeding?

My sister purchased her first Golden a few years ago and gave us one of her puppies. We loved her so much we decided to spread the love far and wide for other families and start breeding ourselves! It has been a very big hobby of ours ever since!
  • What makes your program special?

We believe that we offer people one of the smartest, healthiest, and most trainable family dog breeds that can be had. We have heard nothing but good things about the puppies We've sold so far!
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Elizabeth was great to work with! She was super responsive and answered all of our (many) questions. She was flexible with picking up our girl, Phoebe, and met us at a convenient location. She had all the paper work ready and a super cute goody bag to send home with us. Phoebe is settling in nicely - she already goes potty quickly and is learning to go outside, she seems to have a great temperament with the kids and is already picking up on training commands! We're so happy we chose Elizabeth and Eagle Ridge Golden Retrievers to add 4 paws to our family!

After 6 months of puppy searching, which seemed like a part time job, Rick and I decided to join Eagle Ridge Golden Retrievers and Elizabeth to bring home the puppy of our dreams. Elizabeth was amazing with communication and patience with our questions! Harley is home, traveled 31/2 hours home just fine and had a great 1st night. We are beyond belief blessed.

Working with Elizabeth was wonderful. She answered my questions quickly and honestly. She met me on the way home from a conference which was super convienient for me. Puppy has settled in nicely. She slept in her kennel all night with no accidents. She loves our older GR Jenny! Very playful and smart! She has a good nose on her!
