I'm Lauren and Caleb S., the breeder behind East Texas Doodles located in Lufkin, TX. We're a small-town family dedicated to loving your future Bernedoodle! At East Texas Doodles, these pups are our pets. We love and cuddle with every individual one and long to find a forever home where each one can bring as much joy as we find with our own. We are happy to tell you more about what life with a Bernedoodle is like and how they will not only enhance your daily life, but exceed your expectations!

Why did you start breeding?
After being put on year-long waitlists and seeing we would have to travel across the country to find a sweet Doodle of our own, we saw the opportunity to support our dogs and bring sweet puppies into the world. We are at a time in life where we have the space, time, and energy needed to support our animals and care for puppies.
What makes your program special?
We are a family who loves dogs and has been placed with the space and time to care for puppies. This is not a full-time business but it is more than a hobby -- these puppies are our family and we genuinely care that they go to loving families after leaving ours!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Lauren and Caleb

Lauren and Caleb has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Included with your puppy is the first round of vaccinations and lots of love and socialization. A deposit needs to be placed in order to reserve your puppy.”

Contract & health guarantee

Lauren and Caleb may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Lauren and Caleb offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them.
