Meet the breeder

I'm Brandi E., the breeder behind Ebert Golden Retrievers & Pugs located in Saint Helens, OR.

Q. & A. with Brandi

  • Why did you start breeding?

Its always been a part of my life. My mother bred Shelties and German Shepherds. A few years back, I decided I wanted to follow in her footsteps and create a top-notch breeding program of my own.
  • What makes your program special?

We value each and every dog. Our litters are professionally evaluated for conformation, along with having OFA clearances before entering our breeding program. We spend countless hours with each litter, incorporating Puppy Culture Protocols.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Golden Retriever puppies are golden. Pug puppies include black and fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

It was a joy from the initial contact to pick up day Feb. 12th. And Green Collar (Biskit) is such a healthy perfect boy! His mother is Willow, and father is Porter. He is already conditioned into his new home in just a matter these few days. Goes potty outside and getting easier during the overnight period. Loves his new brother Moki, a good natured 5-year old Pug. They are going make great buddies for life.

Ebert’s was very responsive to emails and texts. She shared photos along the way to help us get excited about our girl. She arranged pickup and transport to us, and made sure we were informed of how she would arrive. She came with her first parvo, and her paperwork for her registration and microchip. Our little pug is in excellent health and has a great personality. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone!
