Our dogs live in our home, each one dearly loved. Parents are health tested for healthier puppies.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our West Highland White Terrier puppies are white. Havanese puppies are black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Kelly
Kelly has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $400 non-refundable deposit and $2,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“AKC registered, champion bloodlines, first vaccines, de-wormed, veterinarian checked full puppy physical, 2 year health guarntee. Once you've chosen your puppy a deposit will be required to reserve your puppy or you may pay in full.”
Contract & health guarantee
Kelly may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

We were so fortunate to happen upon EClair’s Havanese. After we had communicated with several scammers on FB, I google searched “Havanese near Eau Claire” ( which is where we live) EClair’s Havanese popped up which is located in Independence IA. They were legit! I contacted Kelly by messenger and explained our story and what we were searching for in our furry family member. She shared her phone number, immediately. I called and we spoke for several minutes. She was very accommodating. We drove 4.5 hours the next day, to meet the litter and chose our girl. We named her Darby. It was and will continue to be a wonderful experience. Kelly deeply cares for her furry family and the forever homes they are going to. So a random google search had a very happy ending ( and beginning) Dan and Kathy
