I'm Ellen M., the breeder behind EJM Papillons located in Jackson, MI. I breed the best Papillons possible! I adhere to the breed standard and I'm always trying to improve my program practices. My dogs are bred first and foremost with good character, structure, and health. I am not a "head freak." I like a very nice-looking head and strive to follow the standard in every way, however, I am not a "fad" breeder.

Why did you start breeding?
The fulfillment of seeing new puppies born, watching them grow, and helping shape them and train them in preparation for their new forever homes is the most rewarding experience ever. It has been an absolute joy of a journey!What makes your program special?
I strive to breed healthy, quality pups that can fit any lifestyle. I take pride in raising well-tempered and socialized puppies who can excel in show or as beloved companions. I love what I do and truly want the very best for my puppies and their forever families.Where do your breeding dogs live?

"Veterinarian check, UTD innoculations and deworming prior to departure. Parents health checked and copies of their health checks upon request. This includes money back guarantee within 48 hours of purchase if your vet finds a significant health problem with the puppy and/or a 1 year replacement for a hereditary problem, i.e. crippling patellas. Also includes 2 DAP2 shots, deworming and microchipping before leaving my home."

Neuroaxonal Dystrophy (NAD), Papillon Type
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
