I'm Kathy A., the breeder behind El Dorado Cane Corso located in Cameron Park, CA. We breed for temperament, correct structure, correct movement, and stable dogs. We use the Avidog and Puppy Culture methods to ensure our puppies get the proper socialization and training from birth until they leave our care. We're passionate about raising well-rounded pups who will excel in any venue with their new families. We take pride in our pups.

Why did you start breeding?
We want to do our part to better the breed. Our breeding program strives to maintain the unique characteristics of the Cane Corso while placing an emphasis on producing puppies of superior temperament, structure, and movement.
What makes your program special?
We are committed to only breeding dogs that meet the strict guidelines for quality that we have deemed appropriate to improving this wonderful breed. We take great care with each breeding to ensure we are producing puppies that are excellent representations of the breed.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Cane Corso puppies are black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Price
Puppy prices include a $1,000 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

About Febo
Febo is a male Lagotto Romagnolo. Carefully selected as a great representative of his breed, Kathy decided to make him part of their program. Kathy has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA), Shoulder Osteochondrosis
