I'm Gretta G., the breeder behind Elite Sweet Frenchies located in Dothan, AL. We are a small in-home breeding program that is cared for by myself as well as my family. Our 1st priority is HEALTH, good health includes temperament. Correctly structured French Bulldogs. The frenchie is not limited to being adoreAbull , but also the silliest, sweetest loyal loving clowns ever!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My passion for animals began as a young girl, growing up with dogs. Our pets had always been a part of our family, they joined on our vacations of course, received gifts for their birthdays, slept in our beds, they filled our hearts, constant faithful companions and friends! I can not imagine my family’s life without a beloved fur-family-member. Surrounded by our frenchies is my happy place!

  • What makes your program special?

    We DNA health test ALL of our breeding French bulldogs (documents available upon request) through a reputable laboratory to ensure the best opportunity for creating healthy frenchie puppies that we either keep for ourselves or place with loving families, friends & clients.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include brindle, cream, fawn, white and brindle, white and fawn, black, brindle and white, fawn brindle and white, and fawn and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Gretta

Gretta has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $7,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"Companion pet or Full AKC breeding rights (AKC docs do not come with companion pups) Pups will have a minimum of 2 sets of vaccinations, negative fecal exam. Females are generally more expensive. Non-refundable deposit will reserve the puppy of your choosing."

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
