I'm Lacey M., the breeder behind Emma Grace Doodles located in Baton Rouge, LA. We strive to breed our bernedoodle puppies for outstanding temperament, conformation, and health. Each of our adults are DNA tested for genetic disorders. We take every step possible to produce the best bernedoodle puppies possible for our puppy homes.

Why did you start breeding?
I genuinely love and adore the bernedoodle breed. They are sweet and happy by nature. I saw a lot of irresponsible breeders in my research of the breed, and I wanted to responsibly raise bernedoodle puppies for many other families to enjoy.What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1B), Bernese Mountain Dog Type, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
