ET's Papillons

Tammy F.

Breeder of Papillons

Meet the breeder

I'm Tammy F., the breeder behind ET's Papillons located in Billings, MT. I am a proud member of the Papillon Club of America and Yellowstone Valley Kennel Club. I have also been recognized as an AKC Breeder of Merit.

Q. & A. with Tammy

  • Why did you start breeding?

We fell in love with this breed as soon as we met one. They draw attention everywhere they go. We rarely go anywhere without some if not all of them with us. They are very affectionate and fun to have around. They are the joy of our lives.
  • What makes your program special?

Our Papillons are raised inside the home with us, not in an outside kennel by themselves. Our little joys are very spoiled and well cared for. We are very conscientious of their health and nutrition. All of our adults and puppies are AKC regulated with champion bloodlines.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • von Willebrand Disease II (vWD II), Neuroaxonal Dystrophy (NAD), Papillon Type

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
