Meet the breeder

I'm Stephanie J., the breeder behind Excuse My Frenchies TN located in Athens, TN. We are family breeders who focus on the temperament and health of all of our puppies. We love our puppies like our own from day one and love to build a connection with the families they go to!

Q. & A. with Stephanie

  • Why did you start breeding?

My sister in law started breeding about 7 years ago and is who we got our babies from. Once we moved we decided to do the same. We love how we know the lineage of our pups!
  • What makes your program special?

I think our breeding program is special because of our family bond. We know all of our pups lineage for the past 10 years and specialize in keeping it that way. We love how our kids are part of everything we do and our pups are raised to be loved and family friendly!
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Stephanie and her husband are the sweetest and most reliable humans I have met in a long time. I inquired about my now perfect little one and got an immediate response. They kept me updated with how he was doing throughout the process and I felt like I was always in the loop. I fell in love with Wallsend aka “Wally” the minute I saw him and he is so perfect in every way. I knew he came from such a good placed based how on how much he loved and how healthy he is. I am so blessed that I found Stephanie and would 100% recommend her to any one looking for a French bulldog. I know I’ll keep going back from my next ones!!

Stephanie was the best! I was definitely a little skeptical of communicating through an app I wasn’t familiar with, but Stephanie eased all of my nerves! Not only does she respond fast and quickly answer any questions I need, but she was also very accommodating. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone searching for their new baby!
