I'm JoAnne B., the breeder behind Exquisite Babydoll Morkies and Yorkies located in Fall River, MA. We breed high quality puppies for health and temperament. We raise our puppies with love and teach them basic manners. We only breed dogs who have optimal health and exceptional qualities. Most pups are house trained prior to going to their new homes. We want our pups to be the best dog you've had.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I got into breeding because of my love for my dogs and the desire to better the breeds. We have bought dogs who had medical problems, that we had to invest a lot into caring for them and watch them suffer. I have always bred for health. I have done lots of research into nutrition and responsible, ethical breeding standards. My pups will all go on to live long and healthy lives.

  • What makes your program special?

    Love. I start with healthy, mature parents. I give them healthy food, supplements and exercise. I talk to the babies when they are in mom's tummy. When they are born they get lots of cuddling and stimulation (ENS, ESI, etc). They start getting socialization with the bigger dogs at 4 weeks old, that's when potty and manners training begin. I introduce them to grooming, household noises, etc.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Yorkshire Terrier puppies include tan and white, gold, chocolate, tan and white, parti, black and tan, and black and gold. Morkie puppies include tan, merle, gold, chocolate, black & tan tri-color, white and tan, white and lemon, black and tan, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

    They live in my home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
