I'm Tena K., the breeder behind Fairmont Beagles located in Williamston, SC. We work hard to produce healthy, well-rounded Beagle puppies that will make others as happy as our dogs have made us! We raise our litters in our home to help set the foundation for happy and confident puppies to transition well into their forever homes. It’s a privilege to have the opportunity to make an impact on each individual puppy! Parents are selectively chosen to meet the AKC standards for the breed. Show champion bloodlines. Puppies are socialized to help build confidence and develop an outgoing loving temperment.

Why did you start breeding?
While showing horses, I met a few mentors who also showed dogs. Learning the difference in Breeders of Merit who care about preserving the breed vs. Back yard breeders who just want to make a profit.What makes your program special?
Recognized by AKC as a Breeder of Merit. Only breeders who have proven champion dogs with champion offspring are eligible. All puppy buyers are carefully screened, requiring references and all puppies sold for companions are on a limited registration. Spay and neutering is a requirement.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include 13-inch and 15-inch sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black tan and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Tena has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
