Why did you start breeding?
Honestly, it happened very naturally. We each had our own Toy Aussie—Bluey and Divot—and during holidays and family visits, we’d bring them together. We quickly saw how great their personalities were together, and after a lot of thought, we decided to move forward with breeding. It wasn’t something we rushed into—it grew out of our love for the breed and the bond we saw between them.What makes your program special?
What makes Fairway Furries special is that we’re small, intentional, and hands-on. Our dogs are part of our family—not a large-scale operation—so every puppy is raised with attention, care, and early socialization. We focus on temperament just as much as appearance, making sure our puppies are well-rounded, loving companions. Plus, being family-run means we’re personally invested in every litter and every home our puppies go to.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black & white and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

“Price includes vaccinations, vet health check, and early socialization. Puppies are raised in-home with daily interaction to ensure strong temperament and a smooth transition to their new families. Deposit secures your puppy selection and is applied toward total price. Non-refundable unless breeder cancels or puppy is deemed unfit. One-time transfer to future litter allowed.”

Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
