I'm Andrea S., the breeder behind Family Raised Mini Cavapoos located in Auburn, IN. We hold ourselves to high standards for the integrity of our program. All of our puppies are socialized, nurtured, and loved! We are dedicated to raising the bar for thoughtful breeding with optimal health in mind. We do our best to produce puppies that have the best chance at living long, happy, and healthy lives as your best friend!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We were drawn to the Cavapoo breed but noticed there were very few breeders who raise the puppies inside the home around children and house noises. This was something important to us as well as guaranteeing a good, healthy dog. That's how Family Raised Mini Cavapoos was born!

  • What makes your program special?

    Our breeding program is special as a result of the effort we put forth to show our families that their puppy's in good hands with us while they are being raised. The first 8 weeks are crucial in the life of a puppy, and we make sure our families know that they are getting a healthy, happy, and well-socialized new member of their family.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include white, apricot, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Andrea

Andrea has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $320 non-refundable deposit and $2,380 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes a health guarantee, first round of vaccines, deworming, microchip, lots of socialization, and introduction to crate training, and potty training starting at week 4! We ask for a $320 waitlist deposit and an additional $200 holding deposit once a puppy is chosen. This amount goes towards the total cost of the puppy.”

Contract & health guarantee

Andrea may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
