I'm Cortez L., the breeder behind FamLee Frenchies located in Fulton, MO. We are proud to offer our beautiful French Bulldog puppies to loving homes! Our dogs are healthy and have great temperaments. Each of our dogs has brought so much happiness to us throughout their lives. We want to do our part to produce wonderful, healthy dogs that can bring other people joy as well, and we strive to provide each of our puppies with loving homes where they can live happy lives.

Getting a puppy from Cortez

Cortez has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Cortez partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $500 - $9,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.

“Price will depend on dna, color, and characteristics. Prices will include AKC registration but breeding rights also are determined by price also. All puppies will require a non refundable $500-$1500 depending on price just to insure that we are not wasting our time.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Purchased a female french bulldog puppy from FamLee in April 2025. She is a happy, healthy, well-adjusted puppy and we love her dearly. Can certainly recommend to check with this breeder if looking for a french bulldog. If you would like registration paperwork for your puppy would recommend discussing that clearly in advance so that it is ready for you at pick-up time.

    Our entire experience with Cortez and Good Dog was great.
