Anna Faust a.

Breeder of Havanese

Meet the breeder

I'm Anna Faust a., the breeder behind FaustHouse Havanese located in North Carolina. FaustHouse is a small hobby breeding family that breeds and shows only Havanese. We strive to place healthy Havanese puppies into committed loving forever homes. Our puppies are very dear to our heart, so they live in my home, not in a kennel or a building separate from our home. They are socialized with friends, family and other animals. Our goal is to produce quality puppies that meet the AKC and HCA standards and guidelines for show conformation competitions. With each litter, we strive to create a better Havanese. We are not breeding for profit.

Q. & A. with Anna Faust

  • Why did you start breeding?

I have always loved pets. I enjoy using my free time to dedicate to breeding, birthing, showing, and training of havanese dogs and puppies. After many years of research, I found an unexpected love for the havanese breed. Once you spend time with one, I feel certain that you too, will feel the same way. Our puppies are personally raised in my or my breeding partner's home.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include white, cream, gold, red, chocolate, silver, black, red sable, silver sable, and black and silver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
