Q. & A. with Jessica

  • Why did you start breeding?

The Dream of Fay River Farm started in 2007 when I found my first Corgi.  He went everywhere with me.  He lived in apartments, in town and on farms from Denver to Dallas and everywhere in between.  I was amazed how one little dog could be so versatile and just what you need them to be.  I mean, something with such a big smile and short little legs that has the confidence to take on a bull and win?  Truly incredible but also obsolete in my area, so I began my hunt for the perfect life long friend for my boy.  We soon found her, had our first litter in 2010 and the rest, is history! He was a daddy to 4 litters of puppies.  The last gave us Fay's dad and ultimately, Fay.  We named our business after Fay because she is carrying on our original Corgi's legacy.  I see so much of him in her... their fearlessness, sweet dispositions, willingness to learn and love are my favorite traits that have been passed down.  They are the reason I love this breed and chose to become a breeder.  They just fit perfectly in your heart and home for all of life's stages. Let us introduce you to your next best friend!
  • What makes your program special?

They communicated very quickly and frequently! They always sent updates and pictures every week and whenever you asked. They take very good care of their dogs and the puppies they have. I’m so happy I picked my baby from them! I would definitely recommend them again in a heartbeat.

Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with. She communicated through the entire process with pictures, videos and updates on puppy milestones. She works with the puppies teaching good manners as well as potty training. We we're even able to meet mamma and daddy corgi when we picked up our little guy. Jessica is extremely caring and makes sure puppies and families are ready for their new lives together. Best experience ever!
