I'm Jennifer W., the breeder behind Aslan's Pride of Fidei Family Farms located in Fisher, IL. We raise exceptional puppies from lineages that genetically tested to be free of over 250 illnesses. These are all items that ensure lower costs over the life of your pet, as well as a longer lifetime. We would love to video chat to meet and introduce the puppies and/or parents today!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We love our Golden Retriever, Aslan and want to continue his line. We hope to breed dogs that will bring as much joy to your family as Aslan has to ours.

  • What makes your program special?

    Puppies exposed to animals and stimuli ENS for adaptive neurological system Video chat twice weekly once the puppies are mobile Temperament tested at 7 weeks just prior to puppy pick day Includes: AKC pet registration prepaid transfer & Reunite microchip lifetime enrollment, 12 month health guarantee against genetic illnesses.   • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include dark golden, golden, and light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Jennifer

Jennifer has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Jennifer partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Our nonrefundable transferrable $500 deposit to reserve your pup in the order deposits are received. Your deposit may always be transferred to a later litter at your request.”

Contract & health guarantee

Jennifer may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • PRA, Golden Retriever 2, PRA, Golden Retriever 1

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
